Hey! I'm Taryn

I'm not your regular straighty-180 dietitian and like to make nutrition fun.
I absolutely love my job and haven't 'worked' a day in the last 12 years. 

I'm a straight talker, have little patience for unqualified advice-givers
or woohoo science and love good banter.

My favourite part about working with clients is seeing them achieve things
they never thought were possible with the right people in their corner.

I work with people from all walks of life; from weekend warriors all the way
up to elite athletes.

In my eyes, if you have a body and you like to exercise, you're an athlete.
You don't need to be the elite to benefit from good sports nutrition advice!

Endurance sports nutrition is my speciality but Triathlon nutrition is my jam.
I've spent the last 6 years consulting to Triathlon Australia where I helped our
Australian Triathlon and Para-Triathlon teams eat for success. 

For you, this means you get the most up-to-date, evidence-based advice
from the expert. Not a social media influencer with zero education.

I do the hard work translating real science into practical, easy to understand
information to create an action plan you can implement straight away.
