THE SPEAKERS

Taryn Richardson - Advanced Sports Dietitian   

Taryn is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Advanced Sports Dietitian and ISAK accredited anthropometrist with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Endurance sports nutrition is her specialty and triathlon nutrition is her jam!

She has worked with triathletes from complete beginners up to Kona winners in her private practice - Dietitian Approved. She was also the Sports Dietitian for Triathlon Australia for 6 years, supporting our elite team to eat and perform at their best.

Consider her your secret weapon to maximise your HEALTH and PERFORM at your best!

Huw Darnell - Exercise Physiologist

Huw Darnell is an Exercise Physiologist who has 10 year's industry experience helping athletes overcome injury and unleash their true performance potential.

He is passionate about working in endurance sports to help build unbreakable bodies that can meet the demands of these brutal sports. Helping athletes optimise their movement and lifestyle, so they can reach their potential coming back from injury as a better triathlete.

He is currently the strength and conditioning coach for a number of professional athletes including Ellie Salthouse and Caleb Noble, numerous sub 9-hr Ironman age groupers, Australian champions, Kona athletes all the way through to first timers new to the sport.
