NAIL YOUR RECOVERY NUTRITION
With triathlon nutrition expert Taryn Richardson
Most triathletes suck at recovery nutrition. It doesn't tick the right boxes, it's not at the right time which means you're not doing the best job you can to back up and train again soon.
Taryn is going to show you:
- Why recovery nutrition is SO IMPORTANT
- What boxes you need to be ticking to maximise your recovery
- How long after a session is the best for recovery
- When it's important to be aggressive with your recovery, and when it's not so important
- What are the best foods for recovery
- Practically - how to build your perfect recovery meal
After the session, you will have a clear framework for your recovery nutrition.
No more winging it!
So you can feel confident you’re hitting the right targets for you and putting back into the body exactly what it needs
You’ll be able to back up and recover faster – so you can perform better in your next session, and not fall into a heap by the end of the training week
BUILD AN UNBREAKABLE BODY -How to Unlock Your Best Triathlon Performance Yet

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING...
The triathlon workshop held by Taryn and Huw was great!
It really reinforced the importance of recovery nutrition and timing and I took away some great tips and recipes for the perfect post-training fuel. I am definitely more organised now and always take my post-training nutrition with me to training sessions to make sure I'm getting the full benefits of my training and am ready to go again for my next session.
I also took away some great information from Huw on specific warms-ups for the 3 disciplines. I will admit before this I never warmed up before a swim or a ride and I have also really noticed a difference in my breathing since implementing some of his breathwork into my weekly training routine. Some definite knowledge bombs delivered!
Paul & Lisa McDonald
After getting into the sport of triathlon a few years ago, my husband and I attended the Triathlon Workshop knowing that nutrition was letting us down.
The session was casual, with discussion and questions welcomed. Taryn was a wealth of knowledge and enlightened us on Recovery Nutrition. We knew that you should eat after a session and the 60-minute window but were still stuffing it up.
We instantly changed our approach and now hit the right targets at the right time, and feel so much better for it!
