Hi, I'm Taryn!

I'm not your regular straighty-180 dietitian and like to push the boundaries. I absolutely love working with people to help them eat for health and performance.

Think of me as your personal food coach!

I'm happiest riding my bike or at the beach with a coffee in hand.

I'm a straight talker, take a no-BS approach and love a bit of banter.

I have little patience for unqualified advice-givers or woohoo science and get frustrated watching people jump from one fad to the next, or fumble around following (well-meaning but the misaligned) advice from their training buddies/coach/uncle/Dr Google.

You spend hours & hours training, but if you haven’t got your nutrition sorted it can be so much harder to reach your goals. 

Spend a little time on your nutrition with an expert to improve your health, for life. Maintain your desired body composition & finally perform at your best. A little bit of sports nutrition advice goes a long way! Yes it's an investment, but it’s cheaper than buying a new bike and lasts a lifetime ;)

We don’t follow diets or food trends. We believe in a well balanced approach using whole foods as the basis for a healthy lifestyle.

Healthy eating doesn’t need to be hard or boring! We love to cook simple food that is full of flavour and nutritious, without spending hours slaving away in the kitchen!

Having your own individualised nutrition plan is key. What works for your training buddies is not necessarily right for you. If you're sick of fumbling around in the dark, invest in your nutrition and finally start feeling great and performing at your best.

Leslie Benjamin

Administration / Wing woman
Bachelor of Business Administration (Management Accounting) – in progress 

Leslie is our behind the scenes wing woman who you’ll have the pleasure of speaking with and emailing when you book an appointment. She keeps us under control so we can focus on doing what we do best – being Sports Dietitians.

Leslie is addicted to boxing and lifting weights and when she’s not responding to emails, you can find her in the gym beating up the boys. Her favourite food is a popular Filipino soup dish – Sinigang na Baboy (Pork in Sour Broth). Although we’re always trying to get her to eat more vegetables 🙂
